Price and payment

How much does it cost?

One flat price per vent. Second-story vents cost a little more because the run is longer. You see your total in step 2 of booking, before you pick a time. Roof exits are the exception: we confirm those by phone.

Can the price change when you arrive?

No. The price you see in booking is the price you pay, except for roof exits, which we confirm by phone. If we find a repair, we show you and quote it separately. Nothing extra happens unless you say yes.

What about a vent that goes out the roof?

Call us at (561) 800-2360. Roofs vary, so we look at yours and confirm the price before we come out.

When do I pay?

When the job is done. Pay by credit card, or ask us to send an invoice. No deposit to book.

Booking

How do I book?

Online in three short steps, or call (561) 800-2360. You pick a two-hour window on our Google booking calendar. Most visits within 48 hours.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Saturday, 9 am to 2 pm. Closed Sunday.

How will I get my confirmation?

Google emails it with a calendar invite. We call if anything needs checking before the visit. We don’t send text messages.

Where do you work?

Most of Palm Beach County. Use the ZIP checker on our service areas page to confirm yours. We’re based in West Palm Beach.

Do I need to be home?

Someone needs to let us in to reach the dryer. For condos, management access works.

The cleaning

How often should my dryer vent be cleaned?

NFPA says to clear lint out of the vent pipe once a year, or more often if clothes take longer than normal to dry, or to have a dryer lint removal service do it. NFPA clothes dryer safety tip sheet.

Will you remind me next year?

Yes. After your first cleaning, we’ll email you a reminder when the next one is due. It’s included, with no plan to buy and no fee.

How long does a visit take?

About 1 hour for a typical visit. Second-story runs take longer.

Will it make a mess?

No. We cover the floor, vacuum lint as we brush, and leave the laundry room as we found it.

The Run Check

What do you check before you leave?

We run your dryer, check that air pushes the outside flap open, and look at the transition duct and lint trap housing. If something needs repair, we show you on the spot and quote it.

Condos and HOAs

Do you clean whole buildings?

Yes. We schedule by floor or stack, give the board a unit-by-unit list and send one invoice to the association.

Can you clean a single condo unit?

Yes. Book online like any home. Shared roof vents may need building access.
